About the role

  • As part of the Business Creation and Takeover department at CMA Rhône, you will be responsible for supporting project holders in bringing their business creation projects to fruition.
  • Support prospective entrepreneurs to validate and strengthen their projects as a whole.
  • Support in conducting market studies.
  • Support in developing the business model and, in particular, the financial forecasts.
  • Support in the project’s marketing and communications approach.
  • Network with stakeholders across the ecosystem.
  • Lead information meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Deliver training on business creation.
  • Carry out business diagnostics and assist in preparing financing applications.

Requirements

  • Higher education qualification (minimum Bac +4 / Master’s level) in Entrepreneurship, Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience supporting business start-ups and facilitating workshops or training.
  • Interest and skills in social media consulting and sales/business development are a plus.
  • Comfortable and committed to supporting people with disabilities.
  • Recognised for strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and listening skills, autonomy, and a good sense of organisation.
  • Enjoy working in teams and in networks/partnerships.
  • Hold a valid driving licence (category B/car).
