About the role
- Promote artisan trades and apprenticeships
- Support individuals in their professional retraining and career transition projects
- Participate in outreach and promotional activities for artisan trades and apprenticeships in institutions within the Ain department
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops about artisan trades in schools and middle schools in the Rhône department
- Manage the apprenticeship portal: enter and monitor applications
- Match candidates with employers
- Conduct company visits related to apprenticeships
- Support adult participants in developing and securing their professional projects
- Perform skills assessments and career reviews (support provided in person and/or remotely)
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in human resources, psychology, social integration, career guidance, or a related field
- Ideally, proven experience in similar missions
- Familiarity with the education and training sector
- Proficient with computers and able to quickly master new digital environments
- Team player, able to work cross-functionally with different services
- Adaptability, responsiveness, rigor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to synthesize information
