About the role
- Support entrepreneurs/project owners in starting or taking over a business
- Provide information and guidance to project holders
- Assist with preparing financial forecasts (pro forma statements) and selecting the legal structure
- Analyze the company's accounting and financial data
- Assist in preparing and following up on applications for financial assistance
- Deliver training sessions, information meetings, workshops and webinars
- Promote and market the CMA’s service offering (Chamber of Trades and Crafts)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Management
- Knowledge of the business environment (legal, tax, social/employment and commercial matters)
- Experience in business diagnostics and in providing individual or group support or consultancy (preferred)
- Proficiency with IT tools (spreadsheets, databases, word processing)
- Autonomy, team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, administrative rigor, adaptability
- Valid driver's license (category B / standard car license)
