About the role
- Support founders in bringing their business start-up projects to fruition
- Assist with conducting market studies
- Support the development of the business model and, in particular, financial forecasts
- Support the project's marketing and communication approach
- Facilitate networking with ecosystem stakeholders
- Lead information meetings, workshops and training sessions
- Conduct business diagnostics and support the preparation of financing applications
- Perform initial (first-level) diagnostics
- Promote and market the CMA's service offering
Requirements
- University degree minimum Bac+4 (equivalent to four years of higher education) in Entrepreneurship, Management, Business or related fields
- 2 years' experience supporting business start-ups and facilitating workshops/training
- Interest in and skills for advising on social media and sales are a plus
- Commitment to supporting people with disabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, good listening skills, autonomy and organisational skills
- Enjoy working in a team and within a network
- Holder of a valid Category B driving licence (car)
