About the role
- Advise and support business owners on food-related matters
- Lead and deliver training on food-related topics
- Develop tailored in-company (on-site) training programs
- Perform food-related diagnostics and assessments
- Analyze company practices and provide appropriate action plans
- Inform business owners about available funding opportunities
- Serve as a technical point of contact/reference on food-related matters
- Develop and coordinate partnerships and professional networks
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 year degree (Bac+2/3) in Quality, HSE, or Nutrition with an agri-food/food industry focus
- At least 2 years' experience in the agri-food/food industry, or as an auditor or hygiene consultant
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and active listening
- Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
- Holder of a valid Class B driving license
