About the role
- Market the CMA of Ain's training offer (80%): Reception, information and advice about training programs; handling inbound calls and pre-registrations; outbound sales via calls, email campaigns, company visits; activity tracking via Salesforce
- Provide administrative and logistical support for training (20%): Administrative setup and management of training activities; updating dashboards; participation in planning and coordinating sessions
Requirements
- Minimum two- to three-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2/3) in management and/or business/sales
- Ideally prior successful experience in a similar role
- Autonomy, responsiveness, accuracy, and ability to synthesize information
- Adaptability
- Team player
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Empathy and a supportive attitude
- Knowledge of the craft sector and of the CMA network's training offerings would be a plus
