About the role

  • Market the CMA of Ain's training offer (80%): Reception, information and advice about training programs; handling inbound calls and pre-registrations; outbound sales via calls, email campaigns, company visits; activity tracking via Salesforce
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for training (20%): Administrative setup and management of training activities; updating dashboards; participation in planning and coordinating sessions

Requirements

  • Minimum two- to three-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2/3) in management and/or business/sales
  • Ideally prior successful experience in a similar role
  • Autonomy, responsiveness, accuracy, and ability to synthesize information
  • Adaptability

  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and a supportive attitude
  • Knowledge of the craft sector and of the CMA network's training offerings would be a plus
