About the role
- Engage in strategic dialogue with EIA (Artisanal Industrial Enterprises) in the territory
- Conduct targeted and proactive prospecting
- Establish direct contact with companies
- Identify needs and capitalize on opportunities for support
- Strengthen client relationships by adopting an active listening approach
- Provide individual support to EIA in the territory through diagnostics
- Perform on-site strategic diagnoses and analyze the current situation
- Define support plans tailored to the company’s needs
- Ensure commercial and operational follow-up of recommended actions
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5)
- Proven initial experience in advising/supporting industrial companies
- Strong interest in business development
- Familiarity with the artisanal business landscape and/or specific sectors involving artisan enterprises is a plus
- Strong commercial skills
- Ability to interpret company strategies
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
