About the role
- Administer Oracle and PostgreSQL databases in corporate environments.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of databases.
- Monitor performance and availability of services.
- Analyze and resolve incidents and issues related to databases.
- Support the management of control tools and database routines.
- Carry out preventive and corrective activities to ensure service continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or another undergraduate degree with a lato sensu postgraduate specialization in IT (minimum 360 hours), or a stricto sensu postgraduate degree in the IT field (e.g., Master's or PhD).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT.
- Minimum of 4 years of specialized database experience.
- Proven experience with Oracle Database.
- Minimum of 2 years of administration experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Database Administration (Oracle Database) version 12 or higher.
