Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the rollout, adoption, and operationalization of AI tools across the People function
Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents that automate key processes
Create self-service tools and intelligent assistants that improve stakeholder experience
Establish best practices for scalable and responsible AI usage
Partner with People leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities
Own the automation roadmap and deliver solutions using APIs, iPaaS platforms, native tooling, and lightweight scripting
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Data Engineering
Lead the technical delivery of new system implementations

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications
Demonstrated ability to architect and build AI-powered tools from the ground up
Working knowledge of Google Cloud infrastructure - leveraging services like BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Functions
Experience writing or reviewing scripts in Python or JavaScript
Ideally familiarity with modern People Technology ecosystems, including ATS, HCM, performance, compensation, and workforce analytics platforms
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
