Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing US benefits programs, including renewals and open enrolment
Strong background in benefits design, vendor management, and market benchmarking
Deep knowledge of self-funded and level-funded healthcare plans
Experience managing 401(k) plans, including compliance testing and vendor selection
Experience managing international benefits programs across regions such as EMEA, LATAM, or APAC
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
