About the role
- Deliver a scalable internal infrastructure platform on public cloud environments
- Establish and evolve Kubernetes-based platform capabilities to support high-availability workloads
- Achieve and maintain 99.9% uptime SLOs
- Enable faster time from idea to production
- Ensure infrastructure systems meet SOC2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 compliance requirements
- Build a secure foundation that supports CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Experience building and operating internal infrastructure platforms on public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Led and managed high-performing teams of software or infrastructure engineers for 3+ years
- Demonstrated ownership of Kubernetes at scale
- Operated effectively in startup environments
- Experience supporting SOC2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 compliance (preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD ecosystems
- Understanding of security best practices in software delivery
