About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the go-to partner for global Account Executives, delivering end-to-end quote-to-signature support
Create quotes, manage pricing approvals, generate order forms, and ensure clean opportunity closure
Keep deals moving with urgency by proactively resolving blockers
Support and evolve CPQ and CLM systems to scale with business needs
Maintain high standards of data integrity across Salesforce
Document and refine processes to drive consistency, clarity, and efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in sales operations or deal desk
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in CPQ and CLM systems
Experience with Salesforce
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
