About the role

  • Develop regional field marketing plans
  • Create and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned to regional sales priorities, pipeline targets, and GTM strategy.
  • Execute regional marketing programs
  • Drive demand through a mix of Chainguard-hosted events, industry conferences, partner activations, digital programs, and global campaign execution.
  • Lead strategic account engagement
  • Design and deliver targeted marketing initiatives for key strategic accounts across Southern Europe and the Middle East.
  • Support pan-EMEA initiatives
  • Contribute to broader EMEA marketing programs and events, ensuring strong regional alignment and local relevance.
  • Partner closely with sales
  • Act as the primary marketing partner for regional sales leaders, BDRs, and partners — ensuring tight alignment across planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Drive partner co-marketing
  • Build and execute joint marketing plans with key regional and global partners to expand reach and influence in-market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing or demand generation, with a strong track record of working closely with sales teams and driving regional pipeline
  • Regional marketing expertise – Proven experience designing and executing field and digital programs across diverse regional markets
  • Strong partnership mindset – Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trusted relationships with sales, partners, and stakeholders
  • Data-driven approach – Comfortable using metrics and insights to measure impact, optimize programs, and guide decision-making
  • Excellent communication and influence – Able to align teams, manage complexity, and move initiatives forward
  • Willingness to travel – Ability to travel approximately 20–25% per quarter to support events and regional priorities
