About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You own the tech stack powering our go-to-market
- Build and maintain a reporting infrastructure for pipeline health and revenue metrics
- Create AI-driven workflows with Claude, MCP, n8n, Lemlist, and Clay
- Ensure clean data flows across the entire customer journey
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and the rest of our stack
- Design and maintain seamless workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Service
- Eliminate friction points in the customer journey
- Build operational frameworks that work today and scale for tomorrow
- Set up marketing automations, lead scoring, and email workflows
- Drive adoption of new processes and AI tools through demonstrated value
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or marketing/sales operations within B2B SaaS
- Deep technical proficiency with HubSpot: workflows, custom objects, reporting, API integrations
- Practical experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Experience with LLMs beyond basic prompting: Claude Projects, custom skills, MCP connections, or agentic workflows
- Systems thinker: anticipate downstream impacts and design for scalability
- Data-fluent: comfortable in spreadsheets, APIs, and analytics platforms
- Strong communicator between technical teams and commercial leadership
- Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable in a small team
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Based in or near the Rotterdam area
