Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional writing experience, ideally in a newsroom or comparable editorial environment.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex financial, technical, or regulatory topics in plain language — without buzzwords.
Working knowledge of the crypto industry, including how blockchains, exchanges, DeFi protocols and stablecoins function in practice.
Experience adapting tone and voice for distinct audiences (e.g., policymakers, compliance professionals, general readers).
A bachelor's degree in a writing-intensive field (journalism, English, communications, etc.) or equivalent professional experience.
