About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Client Engagement Managers in overseeing client operations and ensuring consistent service delivery
- Prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, governance materials, and business review documents
- Analyze operational, procurement, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting and management dashboards
- Track KPIs, risks, actions, and client commitments through established governance structures
- Support resource planning, workload monitoring, and operational performance management
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and facilitate follow-up of agreed actions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects
- Support issue resolution through structured analysis and fact-based recommendations
- Participate in internal governance meetings and operational huddles
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, client delivery, procurement, finance, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare executive-level presentations
- Ability to work with large data sets and translate data into business insights
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Experience in procurement or sourcing environments is an advantage
- Experience working within multinational organizations is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
