About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee Sourcing Excellence and Procurement Operations (Tail Spend Management)
- Embed AI-driven operating models to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort
- Drive advanced automation, AI orchestration and strategic value creation
- Ensure that procurement services are delivered consistently, efficiently, and with superior client experience
- Enable scalable rollout of Chain IQs target operating model (TOM)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience (10+ years) in Procurement Operations or Managed Services
- Deep understanding of procurement processes, systems, and governance
- Proven track record in process standardization and operational scaling on a global level
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution discipline and behavioral change in global, matrix organizations
- High degree of operational rigor, problem-solving capability, and root cause orientation
- Strong capability in data-driven decision-making and performance management
- Strong client-centric mindset combined with strict adherence to governance, risk, and data security standards
- High level of commitment, resilience, and results orientation
