Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience (10+ years) in Procurement Operations or Managed Services
Deep understanding of procurement processes, systems, and governance
Proven track record in process standardization and operational scaling on a global level
Demonstrated ability to drive execution discipline and behavioral change in global, matrix organizations
High degree of operational rigor, problem-solving capability, and root cause orientation
Strong capability in data-driven decision-making and performance management
Strong client-centric mindset combined with strict adherence to governance, risk, and data security standards
