About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner
- Collaboration with Head of Sourcing, Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying and Team Leads
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders
- Organize and manage market tenders
- Evaluate suppliers proposals and perform bid analysis
- Negotiating deals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Draft contracts with vendors
- Identifying opportunities to drive improvements
- Ensuring KPIs, SLAs and performance objectives are met
- Supporting coaching and development of more junior colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven successful track record in a similar role in Procurement or Sourcing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Excellent analytical skills and mindset
- Good problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills
- Good understanding of sourcing processes and best practices
- Previous experience in working with any Source to Contract tools
- Excellent English - written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
