About the role
- Manage survey projects from development of project proposals through completion
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule, and serve as a primary client contact
- Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors
- Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations
- Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan
- Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other management software required; MicroStation and InRoads experience preferred
- Solid understanding of surveying principles, field methods, and industry standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks
- Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Professional representation and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with the public
- Valid driver’s license required with the ability to travel short-term preferred
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
- LSIT or PLS certification preferred
