About the role

  • Expand BambooHR's presence across the EMEA region by building relationships with HR professionals, department heads, executives, and CEOs within assigned territory.
  • Drive new account acquisition and manage full sales cycles to establish lasting partnerships integrating BambooHR into clients’ broader business strategies.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and log activities in the CRM.
  • Dedicate daily time to self-source leads through referrals and outreach to targeted contact lists.
  • Create tailored, data-informed business cases and drive demand through strategic engagement.
  • Connect with executive sponsors and influence decision-makers by aligning solutions with business needs.
  • Anticipate and address objections while guiding prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of BambooHR offerings and market trends to effectively respond to competition.
  • Coordinate with marketing, technical, and internal partners to move opportunities forward.
  • Quickly assess buyer intent, gather key insights, and develop strategies to close high-impact opportunities.
  • Prioritize key accounts and partner with internal teams to align strategies and meet goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a SaaS B2B setting, with a strong record of exceeding targets and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Willingness to work a 5 AM–2 PM MST schedule to accommodate international clients.
  • Strong background in full-cycle sales, especially prospecting and lead development.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Google Workspace, and sales technologies to manage opportunities and track progress.
  • Skilled in delivering engaging product demos, negotiating with stakeholders, and conveying value clearly and confidently.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and skilled in handling objections with professionalism.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Receptive to feedback and eager to improve, with a proactive approach to applying new insights and techniques.
  • International Experience: Prior work with global accounts or familiarity with the EMEA region is a plus.
  • Top Performer Track Record: History of consistently exceeding quotas and being recognized for outstanding performance is a plus.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong understanding of BambooHR’s value and the ability to convey its impact to prospective clients is a plus.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to juggle multiple opportunities while keeping your CRM current and accurate is a plus.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities is a plus.
  • Positive Outlook: Bring a collaborative, can-do mindset to the team and to every client interaction is a plus.
