• Serve as a dedicated HR and payroll consultant for external customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Conduct working sessions via video calls, acting as a strategic HR guidance to assist with various HR tasks and projects.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their challenges and providing coaching and guidance.
• Partner with HR Technical Trainer to identify and execute the right solution for the customer to achieve their business objectives and optimize their HR Tech Stack including BambooHR.
• Act as a change champion, facilitating positive change with teammates, customers, and stakeholders.
• Influence internal and external partners to innovate and drive our product forward.
• Encourage and support the adoption of new processes and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
• Actively participate in the BambooHR Consulting Services division, contributing to its success and evolution.
• Capture and document key learnings, customer feedback, and insights to inform future program phases.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Manager and other team members to refine service offerings and improve customer experiences.
• Work with customers to develop strategies to ensure and maintain compliance.
• Assist customers with tasks such as onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, compensation planning, and total rewards leveraging BambooHR features to enhance customer operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal guidelines, offering insights without providing direct policy advice.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including notes, data, and feedback.
• Prepare and deliver regular updates to the Sr. Manager, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
• Demonstrate clarity and confidence in written and verbal communication, as well as in presentations.
• Tie efforts to impact and value, clearly articulating the benefits and outcomes of services provided.
• Use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence positive decisions and actions.
