About the role

  • Manage the full sales cycle — mid funnel inbound and self-sourced leads to close.
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders within each account.
  • Create compelling business cases that tie BambooHR’s value to measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with SDRs, RevOps, and marketing to accelerate deal velocity and optimize handoffs.
  • Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM.
  • Stay informed on HR tech trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales with proven success managing multi-stakeholder, complex deals.
  • Experience selling HR technology or related SaaS solutions is a major plus.
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills within the mid-market space.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce, Google Workspace, and modern sales tools to manage opportunities.
  • Confident storyteller who can connect product value to business impact.
  • Competitive, resilient, and goal-oriented with a bias for action.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to a winning culture.
