Senior Director – eDiscovery

• This position is responsible for supporting the Government’s professionals in all aspects of litigation support and e-discovery processes, including providing project management, Electronically Stored Information (ESI) intake, data analysis, early case assessment, document production, and liaising with third-party vendors.
• Performs administrative functions associated with the day-to-day use of litigation support software eDiscovery databases.
• Assists in the preparation of documents and exhibits for trial.
• Receives and logs incoming media; maintains chain of custody and other tracking documentation for media and data, both received and produced.
• Contributes to internal process development, preparing workflows and other documentation.
• Ability to work overtime hours, including on nights and/or weekends, on a per-project/case basis.
• Work directly with the General Counsel, Attorneys, Law Clerks, and Legal Assistants as part of the matter team.
• Assist with troubleshooting of technical issues within the eDiscovery platform.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the discovery industries' best practices and new regulations through training, certification completion and networking.

Senior Director, eDiscovery

• Maintain chain of custody and other tracking documentation for media and data, both received and produced.
• Meet with and build relationships with eDiscovery vendors and maintain relationships with current vendors.

• Providing all aspects of basic systems administration support including planning, execution, testing, installations, and configurations of new hardware and software.
• Recommending/implementing solutions for SQL performance monitoring and tuning.
• Implement, deploy, and/or support Microsoft Technologies such as Visual Studio Framework, VB.NET, ASP, NET and Web Services.
• Support visualization technologies such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V, creating and configuring virtual machines.
• Performing back ups of the web, application, and database servers according to MPA policies and procedures. This hall includes daily incremental backups and full weekly backups of all volumes of servers.
• Performing database activities such as monitoring, space management, and support, as well as extended hours of support for database systems when required.

• Contractor shall document and manage new and existing business processes in order to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign;
• Contractor shall conduct a thorough analysis of existing and new business processes and identify opportunities for improving workforce efficiency;
• Contractor shall conduct a thorough analysis of operational business requirements and conduct a gap analysis for any required modification to an existing business process;
• Contractor shall create and maintain a requirements database that documents how each existing or new business requirement is being supported;
• Contractor shall validate that any proposed solution to an existing requirement satisfactorily meets the underlying need;
• Contractor shall collect marketing materials from industry solution providers that claim to satisfy the identified business requirements;
• Contractor shall document and manage new and existing functional capabilities provided by existing and proposed IT solutions;

• Contractor shall validate that any proposed solution successfully delivers a new functional business capability that addresses one or more existing requirements;
• Contractor shall build and execute thorough test scripts that allow them to ascertain the breadth and depth of a capability on a consistent basis so that they may fairly evaluate multiple products in order to provide recommendations for purchase;
• Contractor shall review all solution configuration changes to insure that the Discovery Program maintains an accurate picture of its business capabilities;
