About the role
- Ensure the day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools
- Administer and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Assist technical architecture design discussions
- Liaise with vendors on behalf of OGC to address product issues
Requirements
- Legal technology experience and knowledge of the EDRM
- Skills, knowledge, and abilities to support backend infrastructure
- Ability to install, operate, and manage Microsoft server 2019/2022 and Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022
- Ability to operate, and manage cloud technologies to include Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, VMware
- Ability to operate and manage relational databases, MySQL and/or SQL Server 2012 or higher
