Ensure the day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools
Administer and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure; install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks and work with vendors and developers to implement fixes
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Assist in technical architecture design discussions and liaise with vendors on behalf of OGC
Develop and provide training for end-users and contribute to Knowledge Management
Provide general support, subject matter expertise and advice on electronic discovery tools and applications
Reverse engineer and document as-is architecture of legacy applications or systems
Analyze capabilities, collect business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Support discovery application integration and migration activities
Assist implementation of e-discovery tools (Relativity, Veritas eDP, other review platforms hosted in cloud)
Support backend infrastructure, data migrations, application installation, management and configuration
Install, operate, and manage Microsoft Server and Microsoft SQL Server
Operate and manage cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, VMware) and relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server)
Requirements

Legal technology experience and knowledge of the EDRM
