About the role
- Manage the archiving of Relativity databases and develop, manage and document workflow processes to identify, archive, and delete materials per destruction/deletion policy and NARA instruction/policy
- Typically report to Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, or Lead Project Manager
- Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to determine system requirements and proposed technical approaches
- Determine system and project requirements and design entire systems to meet those requirements
- Perform technical support on smaller projects, including program validations and testing
- Perform systems evaluations and make presentations of findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations
- Consult with COR regarding task orders, scheduling, personnel assignments, priorities, progress reporting, and develop cost estimates
- Report on contract and task order progress
- Direct and supervise personnel assigned to task orders, ensuring conformance to work standards and functional requirements
- Ensure successful completion of work, timeliness of deliverables, and quality control
- Prepare system/technical documentation and work under the configuration management plan
- Perform and supervise technical aspects of tasks, organize and conduct user training sessions, and prepare training material and training manuals on systems developed
Requirements
- Significant Relativity experience including the creation of ARM’s (Archive/Restore/Move)
- Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and standard operating procedures
- Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in actually doing the work on the systems being used, usually at least five years of such experience
- Broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications
- Experience in a litigation support environment is extremely helpful
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Supervisory experience very strongly preferred
- Ability to lead a technical team and design and implement whole system solutions responsive to attorneys' needs
- Undergraduate degree strongly preferred, preferably in computer science or information management/technology disciplines
- Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance
- Ideally: Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist Certificate
