Ensure the day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools
Administer and monitor installed systems and infrastructure; install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Monitor and test application performance, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate fixes with vendors and developers
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Participate in technical architecture design discussions
Liaise with vendors to address product issues on behalf of OGC
Develop and deliver end-user training for e-discovery tools
Provide subject matter expertise and support for electronic discovery tools and applications
Reverse engineer and document existing legacy application architectures
Gather business requirements, translate into technical requirements, and support integration/migration activities
Contribute to knowledge management by creating and improving technical knowledge articles
Assist in the implementation and administration of e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Veritas eDP) hosted in cloud environments
Support backend infrastructure tasks including data migrations, application installation, management and configuration
Install, operate, and manage Microsoft Server and SQL Server environments
Operate and manage cloud platforms and services (Azure, AWS, VMware, serverless functions, API gateways)
Operate and manage relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server)
Requirements

Analyze capabilities, interview and collect business requirements and translate into technical requirements

Contribute to Knowledge Management databases by creating and improving technical knowledge articles
Legal technology experience and knowledge of the EDRM
Assist in implementation of e-discovery tools (Relativity, Veritas eDP, or other cloud review platforms)

Ability to install, operate, and manage Microsoft Server 2019/2022 and Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022
Ability to operate and manage cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, VMware, Azure Functions, Azure API Gateways, AWS EC2, AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateways)
Ability to operate and manage relational databases (MySQL and/or SQL Server 2012 or higher)
