Ensure the day-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools
Administer and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure; install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Monitor and test application performance; identify bottlenecks and implement fixes with vendors/developers
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Assist in technical architecture design discussions and decisions
Liaise with vendors to address product issues on behalf of OGC
Develop and provide training for end-users of e-discovery tools
Provide general support and subject matter expertise on electronic discovery tools and applications
Reverse engineer and document legacy application/system architectures
Analyze business capabilities and translate requirements into technical specifications
Support discovery application integration and migration activities
Create and improve technical knowledge articles for Knowledge Management databases
Assist in implementation of e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Veritas eDP, other cloud-hosted review platforms)
Support backend infrastructure, data migrations, application installation, management and configuration
Install, operate, and manage Microsoft Server 2019/2022 and Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022
Operate and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, VMware) and serverless components (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)

Legal technology experience and knowledge of the EDRM
Assist in implementation of e-discovery tools (e.g., Relativity, Veritas eDP, or other review platforms hosted in the cloud)

Ability to install, operate, and manage Microsoft Server 2019/2022 and Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022
Ability to operate and manage cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, VMware, Azure Functions, Azure API Gateways, AWS EC2, AWS Lambda, and AWS API Gateways
Ability to operate and manage relational databases, MySQL and/or SQL Server 2012 or higher
