About the role

Participate in teleconferences or technical meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives
Design, debug, code, and maintain Oracle APEX applications
Design, debug, code, and maintain CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and AJAX code
Develop, design, and incorporate new capabilities into the LAWS application based on OGC requirements
Liaise with other divisions for coordination and complex problem resolution
Perform Operation and Maintenance (O&M) standard operating procedures of LAWS and other APEX applications
Provide direct end-user support for LAWS and other APEX applications
Develop supporting documentation, training materials and provide end-user training support
Assist with ensuring requirements are documented and met

Top Secret Clearance required
Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX)
Ability to design, debug, code, and maintain Oracle APEX applications
Proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HyperText Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript, Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX)
Experience developing, designing, and incorporating new application capabilities
Ability to liaise with other divisions for coordination and complex problem resolution
Experience performing Operation and Maintenance (O&M) procedures for applications
Experience providing direct end-user support and training
Experience developing supporting documentation and training materials
Ability to participate in teleconferences or technical meetings to review and support program objectives
