About the role
- Assist with any legal accounts as a Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer
- Provide support tasks including configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Record configuration change requests
- Process storage requests and migrations
- Monitor failed system components and provide logistics support
- Respond to alerts and warnings
- Manage technology in remote environments
- Review and process support tickets according to service level agreements
- Schedule maintenance actions and manage outages
Requirements
- Top Secret Clearance Required
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Experience with physical and virtualized Windows Servers
- Maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to participate in technical meetings and review program objectives
- Proficiency in Power Shell and VBS scripting
