Ensure day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools
Administer and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Assist in technical architecture design discussions
Liaise with vendors to address product issues
Develop and provide training for end-users
Provide general support and advice on electronic discovery tools

Requirements

Legal technology experience and knowledge of the EDRM
Ability to operate and manage Microsoft server 2019/2022 and Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022
Ability to operate and manage cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, VMware, Azure servers, Azure Functions, and Azure API Gateways
Ability to operate and manage relational databases such as MySQL and/or SQL Server 2012 or higher
Experience with e-discovery tools (i.e. Relativity, Veritas eDP, or other review platform applications)
