About the role

  • Develop and steer the commercial data strategy in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring both successful launch readiness and sustained implementation.
  • Establish a scalable data architecture integrating Salesforce CRM and commercial platforms, Omnichannel engagement, marketing systems, Consent and identify systems, and Internal Product and Patient HUB data sources.
  • Drive alignment of data models, schemas, and standards across all systems and business functions.
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks, including data ownership and stewardship models, data quality standards and monitoring, metadata, lineage, and auditability.
  • Ensure consistent definitions and usage of key data assets across CRM, omnichannel, analytics, and reporting environments.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks across the ecosystem.
  • Establish and oversee MDM strategy across key commercial entities (e.g., HCP, HCO, accounts, affiliations).
  • Implement stewardship processes to maintain data integrity and consistency at scale.
  • Enable seamless data flow between CRM, marketing platforms, analytics tools, and external data sources.
  • Define and manage the omnichannel data strategy across all engagement channels.
  • Own integration and management of third-party commercial data sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 8+ years of experience in data strategy, data management, or enterprise data architecture roles.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing: Data warehouse and governance frameworks, Master data management (MDM) solutions, Enterprise data ecosystems integrating CRM and omnichannel data.
  • Strong experience with: Salesforce CRM data structures and integration, Omnichannel engagement data (marketing, digital, field interactions), Third-party commercial data sources.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, schema design, and data lifecycle management.
  • Experience enabling analytics and BI through well-structured, governed data.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR).
