About the role

  • Advising companies on accounting matters such as transitions to IFRS and US GAAP
  • Supporting IPOs in Europe and the USA
  • Advising leading start-ups across the entire finance roadmap
  • Responsible for project management and operational implementation
  • Direct point of contact for clients together with a Director or Partner
  • Supervisory responsibility for junior colleagues and support in business development activities
  • Contributing to technical publications or the development of innovative topics

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with strong academic results
  • At least five years of professional experience in audit, management consulting or an industrial company
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, HGB (German Commercial Code) and/or financial reporting
  • Enthusiastic about project work
  • Ability to support less experienced colleagues both technically and methodically
  • Professional client communication in German and English
