About the role

  • Advising companies on financial reporting under IFRS and US GAAP
  • Supporting IPOs in Europe and the USA
  • Advising leading start-ups across the entire finance roadmap
  • Developing solution approaches for corporate transactions (M&A deals, IPOs, carve-outs, pro forma financial information)
  • Operational implementation and acting as the direct point of contact for clients
  • Supervisory responsibility for junior colleagues
  • Supporting client acquisition and business development activities
  • Contributing to professional publications or the development of innovative topics

Requirements

  • Completed a Master’s degree with good academic results
  • At least two years of professional experience as a Senior Consultant in auditing, management consulting or an industry company
  • Good knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, HGB (German GAAP) and/or financial reporting
  • Independent project responsibility and execution
  • Providing guidance to less experienced colleagues both technically and methodologically
  • Team player committed to client service
  • Professional client communication in German and English
