About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Working with Finance stakeholders to shape, coordinate and support a variety of Finance change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mapping and analysing end-to-end Finance processes, identifying inefficiencies, manual effort and opportunities to improve controls and scalability.
Gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops and translating complex needs into clear, actionable recommendations.
Supporting the design and implementation of Finance operating model initiatives, including process ownership, service catalogues and governance frameworks.
Acting as the bridge between Finance teams and Finance systems teams, ensuring processes and systems evolve in a consistent and scalable way.
Partnering with FP&A and MI teams to align processes, data flows, reporting structures and KPI frameworks.
Coordinating activities across Finance, Systems, Technology and third-party suppliers to support the successful delivery of agreed initiatives.
Tracking actions, risks, dependencies and decisions to maintain momentum and ensure positive business outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in business analysis, process improvement, finance transformation or change delivery.
Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to analyse complex information, identify opportunities and make evidence-based recommendations.
Experience supporting business or Finance change initiatives from requirements through to implementation and adoption.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with Finance systems, ERP platforms or reporting tools would be advantageous.
A CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
