About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the delivery of high-impact product outcomes by turning business needs into clear, actionable solutions.
  • You’ll sit at the heart of Product, Engineering, and the business — shaping requirements, prioritising work, and ensuring teams are aligned on delivering real value. This is about clarity, momentum, and outcomes, not just process.
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring work is clear, testable, and deliverable
  • Partner with stakeholders to shape requirements and align on priorities and outcomes
  • Translate complex needs into user stories that drive real delivery value
  • Keep teams aligned and moving through active involvement in agile ceremonies
  • Drive delivery against KPIs, iterating based on feedback and data
  • Map and improve end-to-end processes across broker and trading workflows
  • Use data and insight to identify improvements and optimise product performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior BA
  • Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to influence and align at all levels
  • Confident translating business needs into clear, prioritised product requirements
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
  • Strong analytical mindset, using data and feedback to drive decisions
  • Comfortable working across both strategic and operational challenges
  • Experience in insurance, broking, or trading environments is a strong advantage
  • Clear communicator, able to simplify complexity for different audiences
  • Proactive, collaborative, and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes
