About the role

  • Own the customer relationship, ensuring SMB and mid-market customers realize value, renew successfully, and expand their services with Solis.
  • Lead strategic conversations, develop tailored success plans, and ensure our solutions align with each customer's goals and desired outcomes.
  • Take ownership of executive business reviews (QBRs/EBRs), showcasing ROI and future roadmap alignment, while proactively managing renewals to minimise risk and maximise retention.
  • Identify and advance expansion initiatives, contributing directly to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • A background in cybersecurity, SaaS or MSSP
  • A demonstrated success in renewal execution and expansion motions
  • Strong communication skills being able to build long lasting relationships.
