About the role
- Own the customer relationship for SMB and mid-market accounts, ensuring customers realize value, renew, and expand services with Solis
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to align cybersecurity services with business outcomes
- Lead executive business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) showcasing ROI and roadmap alignment
- Proactively manage renewals to minimize risk and maximize retention
- Identify and advance expansion initiatives to contribute to revenue growth
- Serve as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Develop tailored success plans and lead strategic conversations
- Collaborate with Service Delivery and Operations teams to champion customer needs internally
- Track and forecast account health, risks, and growth potential using CRM tools
Requirements
- A background in cybersecurity, SaaS or MSSP
- Demonstrated success in renewal execution and expansion motions
- Strong communication skills being able to build long lasting relationships
- Experience using CRM tools to track and forecast account health, risks, and growth potential
