Serve as frontline HubSpot CRM administrator for the sales team, maintaining data integrity and optimising day-to-day sales operations
Design workflows and automations to streamline lead assignments, email cadences, and task reminders
Build useful reports and custom dashboards to track KPIs, pipeline stages, and performance analysis
Conduct regular data audits and enforce best practices to keep CRM data clean and actionable
Work closely with the Dev Team to integrate sales tools across the organisation
Provide training, playbooks, and onboarding resources to enable sales reps and ensure consistency
Continuously refine sales processes based on feedback and performance data; recommend improvements to boost productivity and conversion rates
Review complex deals for compliance and collaborate with Marketing and Finance on lead flow and commission accuracy
Requirements
Excellent communicator with proven HubSpot experience
2–5 years in Sales/Revenue Operations, with strong HubSpot CRM experience
Strong Excel skills
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus
Process-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy
