Revenue Operations

• Serve as frontline HubSpot CRM administrator for the sales team, maintaining data integrity and optimising day-to-day sales operations
• Design workflows and automations to streamline lead assignments, email cadences, and task reminders
• Build useful reports and custom dashboards to track KPIs, pipeline stages, and performance analysis
• Conduct regular data audits and enforce best practices to keep CRM data clean and actionable
• Work closely with the Dev Team to integrate sales tools across the organisation
• Provide training, playbooks, and onboarding resources to enable sales reps and ensure consistency
• Continuously refine sales processes based on feedback and performance data; recommend improvements to boost productivity and conversion rates
• Review complex deals for compliance and collaborate with Marketing and Finance on lead flow and commission accuracy
