About the role
- Actively engage with underwriting and claims teams to drive performance improvement and portfolio optimization
- Create high-quality underwriting performance reports and presentations
- Discuss insights with key internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to ad hoc report and data requests from underwriters, claims, and pricing teams
- Compare internal reserving analysis with those of brokers, carriers, auditors, and the CFC Syndicate managing agent
- Collaborate with the Performance Management Team and wider business to foster strong relationships and ensure a robust feedback loop
Requirements
- Newly or nearly qualified Actuary
- Experience in GI
- Experience in performance management
- Ability to collaborate with underwriting and claims teams
- Comfortable responding to ad hoc report and data requests from underwriters, claims, and pricing teams
