About the role
- Support the Credit Control Supervisor in achieving company objectives for the IBA element of the finance function
- Active credit control – ensuring funds are collected from brokers in a timely manner
- Resolve Unallocated Cash and apply cash accurately, resolving queries where appropriate
- Provide support for other team members including cash allocation as workloads dictate
- Take ownership and resolution of queries to reduce aged debt
- Distribution of monthly statements
- Deal with incoming email and telephone enquiries from Brokers
Requirements
- Experienced hire for a fixed term contract
- Previous experience contributing to effective Credit Control/IBA teams
- In-depth knowledge of technical aspects of Credit Control as it relates to an Insurance provider
- Driven, self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-first environment
