Develop a thorough understanding of CFC’s workflow processes and systems and gain exposure to insurance
Provide excellent administrative support to underwriting teams to ensure target turnaround times for brokers and insureds
Manage the underwriting central inboxes and log new and renewal submissions on CFC’s internal underwriting system
Prepare activity reports and spreadsheets as directed
Administer the department diary, including chasing outstanding items such as subjectivities and renewal business
Answer incoming calls and field queries as appropriate
Perform general ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Report to Ben Thomas and support the Cyber underwriting team
Requirements
College leavers or recent Graduates keen to start a professional career in Insurance
Keen interest in a career in Insurance and staying on top of current affairs within the relevant industry
Impeccable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines and turnaround times
Resilient and able to operate effectively and accurately under pressure
Excellent level of attention to detail including accurate written and numeracy skills
Good communications skills both written and verbal
