About the role
- Drive BI capabilities by taking business requirements from various departments and developing business intelligence solutions
- Enable stakeholders across the business to make data-informed decisions
- Work with data sets including claims, underwriting and financial data
- Create and automate reports in NPrinting
- Build interactive dashboards in Qlik Sense
- Report to Joshua Burton and collaborate with Performance Management, MI & Data Analytics teams
Requirements
- Experienced hire for BI development (exact years not specified)
- Willingness to be trained on QlikSense and NPrinting
- Background in BI development (preferred)
- Any experience in Insurance (desirable but not essential)
- Driven, self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-first environment
