About the role

  • Focus on the success of cross-functional strategic projects operating across a global organisation
  • Work with the Chief of Staff and the wider team to build out capability across different disciplines within CFC
  • Act as a key liaison between business leaders and project teams to ensure initiatives are designed and communicated effectively to meet business needs
  • Engage with business leaders across functions and geographies to understand core strategic initiatives and begin delivering on these
  • Oversee key strategic business initiatives from development through to successful execution under senior leadership guidance
  • Prioritise and report critical issues and information back to the Chief of Staff to facilitate efficient decision-making

Requirements

  • Experience and a proven track record in management or strategy consulting from a top-tier consulting firm or similar background in corporate strategy within financial services
  • Interest in Insurance
  • Resilient and able to operate effectively and accurately under pressure
  • Excellent level of attention to detail including accurate written and numeracy skills
  • A skilled influencer and communicator; ability to listen, collaborate and partner with key internal and external stakeholders, including leadership and C-Suite
  • Strategic, detail-oriented and analytical
