Engineering Manager

• Lead and mentor engineering teams building core data and cybersecurity platforms into world class teams.
• Own architectural decisions and platform strategy for high-availability, high-security systems.
• Foster a strong engineering culture grounded in innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software and platform engineers working on data infrastructure and security systems.
• Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable data ingestion, processing, and governance systems.
• Lead the implementation of cybersecurity platforms including threat detection, data encryption, identity and access management, and audit logging systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, compliance, and analytics teams to align platform capabilities with business goals.
• Ensure adherence to security and privacy standards.
• Drive roadmap planning, sprint execution, and performance evaluations for your team.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning for the engineering group.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements in data and security domains.
• Report to Jeremy Kelley and perform all other duties and projects as assigned.
