The Client Success Manager owns the customer relationship, ensuring SMB and mid-market customers realize value, renew successfully, and expand their services with Solis. This role partners with executives and stakeholders to align cybersecurity services with business outcomes while driving retention and growth.
Take ownership of executive business reviews (QBRs/EBRs), showcasing ROI and future roadmap alignment
Proactively manage renewals to minimise risk and maximise retention
Identify and advance expansion initiatives contributing directly to revenue growth
Serve as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued clients
Lead strategic conversations and develop tailored success plans
Collaborate with Service Delivery and Operations teams to champion customer needs internally
Track and forecast account health, risks, and growth potential using CRM tools
Report to JP Nelson
Requirements
With a strong focus on collaboration, you'll work closely with Service Delivery and Operations teams to champion customer needs internally. You'll also track and forecast account health, risks, and growth potential using CRM tools—ensuring you're always one step ahead. As a candidate, you will have:
A background in cybersecurity, SaaS or MSSP
A demonstrated success in renewal execution and expansion motions
Strong communication skills being able to build long lasting relationships
