Revenue Operations

• Serve as the frontline HubSpot CRM administrator for the sales team and take ownership of CRM configuration.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits and enforcement of best practices.
• Design and implement workflows and automations for lead assignment, email cadences, and task reminders.
• Build custom dashboards, reports, and performance analysis to inform sales strategy.
• Work closely with the Development team to integrate sales tools across the organisation.
• Provide training, playbooks, onboarding resources, and ongoing support to sales reps to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Review complex deals for compliance and collaborate with Marketing and Finance on lead flow and commission accuracy.
• Continuously refine sales processes based on feedback and performance data; recommend improvements to boost productivity and conversion rates.
