An experienced claims professional supporting CFC’s claims team and delivering high quality claims service to policyholders, brokers, underwriters and capacity providers
Work with CFC Claims and Incident Response team and external incident response vendors (forensic, legal, PR) to ensure cost effective, high quality responses to insureds
Proactively handle cyber and technology claims from first notification of loss to settlement within delegated authorities
Foster good relationships with policyholders, brokers, underwriters and capacity providers and drive excellent customer service
Actively work with a panel of response vendors during claims incidents
Ensure prompt and accurate reserving, identify and pursue relevant third party recoveries and seek to reduce claims leakage
Work closely with Underwriting, Finance, IT and Products teams and provide feedback on claims issues/trends
Requirements
Passionate about all things Cyber and Cyber Security
Experienced at dealing with external stakeholders in a customer service or consultancy environment
Experience in cyber and technology claims
Ability to prioritise where necessary, identifying deadlines such as those stipulated within lawsuits, demand letters and in addressing claims queries
Capability of managing the work involved in cyber incidents and/or forensic investigations
