CFAR: Consulting and Coaching

Director

• Provide strategic leadership and business development focus to drive CFAR's coaching practice toward growth targets
• Balance external relationship building, strategic planning, and coach network cultivation with collaborative internal coordination
• Reports to CFAR President/CEO and supervises and works in daily partnership with Coaching Practice Manager
• Collaborate regularly with CFAR Consultants on client development and participate in firm leadership meetings and retreats
• Drive practice growth through active business development and proactively engage with consulting teams to identify coaching opportunities
• Build relationships where CFAR can become the go-to coaching provider for executive development and develop strategic partnerships for multi-executive initiatives
• Target CFAR's traditional market areas while building coach expertise aligned with these practice areas and identify new partnership opportunities
• Conduct competitive analysis and refine positioning, pricing, and differentiation strategies
• Serve as primary relationship manager for coach network, recruit coaches with specialized expertise, interview and approve new coach additions, and maintain network quality standards
• Provide thought partnership and support to coaches on complex engagements and foster referrals and business development from within the coach network
• Partner closely with Coaching Practice Manager on proposals, pricing, complex coach matching decisions, and practice performance indicators
