About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support CAS platforms including LogicGate, Onit and NetDocuments
- Help migrate manual and legacy reporting processes into structured platform workflows
- Elicit and document requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Support system enhancements, configuration, testing cycles, and issue resolution
- Partner with product, legal, risk, compliance and engineering stakeholders

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in business analysis, process analysis or systems analysis
- Practical exposure to Agile ways of working, Jira/Jira Product Discovery
- Experience supporting system enhancements, process workflows, UAT/testing, issue resolution
- Exposure to legal operations, compliance, risk, and regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfort using AI or LLM tools
